Terms & Conditions

Republic of Singapore

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

By accessing, purchasing, booking, or using any products, services, memberships, facilities, treatments, consultations, resilience programs, wellness programs, events, or offerings provided by AiRe Resilience Club ("AiRe"), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, AiRe's products, services, memberships, facilities, or any related matter, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to mediation in Singapore before commencing legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent AiRe from seeking injunctive relief, equitable remedies, or enforcement actions in any court of competent jurisdiction.


Privacy Policy

Introduction

AiRe Resilience Club ("AiRe", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") and applicable laws.

By providing your personal information, booking services, purchasing products, joining memberships, accessing our facilities, or interacting with our website, applications, or communications, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data as described herein.

Information We Collect

AiRe may collect personal information including:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Emergency contact information
  • Membership information

AiRe may also collect:

  • Purchase history
  • Membership subscriptions
  • Payment information
  • Booking records
  • Attendance records

Where voluntarily provided, AiRe may collect:

  • Medical history
  • Health questionnaires
  • Lifestyle information
  • Wellness goals
  • Physical assessments
  • Consultation notes

Technical information such as IP addresses, device information, website usage information, cookies, analytics data, CCTV recordings, access logs, and facility entry records may also be collected.

Purpose of Collection

Your information may be used to:

  • Provide wellness and resilience services
  • Manage memberships
  • Process bookings
  • Process payments
  • Deliver products
  • Verify identity
  • Ensure safety and security
  • Improve customer experience
  • Conduct internal business operations
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Investigate fraud or misconduct
  • Enforce contractual rights

Marketing Communications

AiRe may send promotional materials, newsletters, wellness updates, event invitations, membership offers, and marketing communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Disclosure of Information

AiRe may disclose personal information to employees, contractors, medical professionals, wellness practitioners, payment processors, technology providers, professional advisers, government authorities, law enforcement agencies, affiliated companies, and business partners where reasonably necessary for business operations or legal compliance.

Data Retention

AiRe may retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, regulatory, insurance, audit, risk management, and dispute resolution purposes.

Data Security

While AiRe implements reasonable security safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiRe shall not be liable for unauthorized access, cyber incidents, data breaches, or third-party misconduct beyond its reasonable control.

International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred, stored, or processed outside Singapore where necessary for business operations. AiRe shall take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection of such information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiRe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the collection, use, disclosure, storage, or processing of personal data.

Policy Updates

AiRe reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published by AiRe shall take immediate effect upon publication.


Refund Policy

AiRe Resilience Club is committed to providing premium resilience, wellness, recovery, longevity, and performance-focused experiences, memberships, services, and products. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all purchases before completing any transaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.

Approved refunds shall be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price.

This administrative fee covers transaction costs, processing expenses, operational expenses, and administrative handling.

Return of Goods

As a condition of any refund, all products must:

  • Be returned to AiRe
  • Be unused
  • Be unopened
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, inserts, manuals, promotional items, and accompanying materials

AiRe reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund.

No Pro-Rated Refunds

AiRe does not provide:

  • Pro-rated refunds
  • Partial membership refunds
  • Partial package refunds
  • Partial treatment refunds
  • Partial program refunds
  • Partial subscription refunds
  • Cashback based on unused sessions
  • Cashback based on unused credits
  • Cashback based on unused visits
  • Cashback based on remaining validity periods

Any unused portion of memberships, treatment packages, credits, sessions, subscriptions, programs, or promotional offers shall not be refundable.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed treatments
  • Completed services
  • Consumed products
  • Opened products
  • Personalized products
  • Promotional purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Gift certificates
  • Complimentary services
  • Bonus sessions
  • Membership joining fees
  • Activation fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Late cancellation charges
  • No-show charges

Memberships and Packages

Once any membership, package, treatment plan, subscription, resilience program, wellness program, credit bundle, or promotional package has been used, activated, redeemed, attended, booked, or partially utilized, it becomes non-refundable except where required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period following verification and approval.

Refunds shall be made through the original payment method whenever possible.

Right to Refuse Refunds

AiRe reserves the right to reject any refund request where:

  • The request is outside the refund period
  • Products are opened or used
  • Products are damaged
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Abuse of refund policies is detected
  • Required documentation is not provided

Final Determination

Subject to applicable laws and consumer protection regulations, AiRe's determination regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.

AiRe Resilience Club provides resilience, wellness, recovery, lifestyle, longevity, performance optimization, and preventive health services.

AiRe does not guarantee any specific medical, health, fitness, recovery, performance, longevity, weight loss, sleep, resilience, or wellness outcome.

Any information provided by AiRe, its practitioners, consultants, staff, or representatives is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of results.

Participation in any service, treatment, consultation, assessment, recovery protocol, wellness activity, resilience activity, or program is voluntary and undertaken at the client's own risk.

Individual results vary and may be influenced by factors beyond AiRe's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiRe shall not be liable for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, loss, damage, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of results arising from participation in its services except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
