Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
By accessing, purchasing, booking, or using any products, services, memberships, facilities, treatments, consultations, resilience programs, wellness programs, events, or offerings provided by AiRe Resilience Club ("AiRe"), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, AiRe's products, services, memberships, facilities, or any related matter, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to mediation in Singapore before commencing legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent AiRe from seeking injunctive relief, equitable remedies, or enforcement actions in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
AiRe Resilience Club is committed to providing premium resilience, wellness, recovery, longevity, and performance-focused experiences, memberships, services, and products. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all purchases before completing any transaction.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.
Approved refunds shall be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price.
This administrative fee covers transaction costs, processing expenses, operational expenses, and administrative handling.
Return of Goods
As a condition of any refund, all products must:
- Be returned to AiRe
- Be unused
- Be unopened
- Remain in original packaging
- Include all accessories, inserts, manuals, promotional items, and accompanying materials

AiRe reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund.
No Pro-Rated Refunds
AiRe does not provide:
- Pro-rated refunds
- Partial membership refunds
- Partial package refunds
- Partial treatment refunds
- Partial program refunds
- Partial subscription refunds
- Cashback based on unused sessions
- Cashback based on unused credits
- Cashback based on unused visits
- Cashback based on remaining validity periods
Any unused portion of memberships, treatment packages, credits, sessions, subscriptions, programs, or promotional offers shall not be refundable.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed treatments
- Completed services
- Consumed products
- Opened products
- Personalized products
- Promotional purchases
- Gift cards
- Gift certificates
- Complimentary services
- Bonus sessions
- Membership joining fees
- Activation fees
- Administrative fees
- Late cancellation charges
- No-show charges
Memberships and Packages
Once any membership, package, treatment plan, subscription, resilience program, wellness program, credit bundle, or promotional package has been used, activated, redeemed, attended, booked, or partially utilized, it becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period following verification and approval.
Refunds shall be made through the original payment method whenever possible.
Right to Refuse Refunds
AiRe reserves the right to reject any refund request where:
- The request is outside the refund period
- Products are opened or used
- Products are damaged
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Abuse of refund policies is detected
- Required documentation is not provided
Final Determination
Subject to applicable laws and consumer protection regulations, AiRe's determination regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
AiRe Wellness Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible AiRe Wellness services, recovery experiences, treatment sessions, wellness packages and retail products offered by AiRe Wellness at participating locations in Singapore.
1. Eligible Redemption Items
Eligible redemption items include AiRe Wellness services, recovery experiences, treatment sessions, wellness packages and selected retail products available for purchase at the time of redemption.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card, membership fees, deposits, third-party products or services, or any item specifically excluded by AiRe Wellness.
AiRe Wellness reserves the right to determine which services, experiences, packages and products are eligible for Gift Card redemption and to change the list of eligible items from time to time.
2. Gift Card Validity and Expiry
Each AiRe Wellness Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The Gift Card expires at 11:59 PM on the expiry date stated on the Gift Card. The Gift Card must be redeemed in full before the expiry date.
For example, if a Gift Card is purchased on 15 September 2026, the Gift Card expires on 14 September 2027 at 11:59 PM.
Once the Gift Card has expired, any unused value is forfeited. Expired Gift Cards will not be extended, reactivated, refunded, exchanged or converted into credit.
3. Single Transaction Redemption
Each AiRe Wellness Gift Card must be used in full during a single transaction.
If the total value of the eligible purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, the customer must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
If the total value of the eligible purchase is less than the Gift Card value, the customer must either add eligible services or products to use the full Gift Card value or forfeit the unused balance.
No unused balance will be carried forward to another transaction, refunded, converted to cash or issued as credit.
A Gift Card cannot be split across multiple visits or transactions.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, another Gift Card or any other form of legal tender.
Once a Gift Card has been used for a purchase, the transaction is not refundable and the Gift Card value cannot be reinstated or converted into cash or credit.
5. Purchase and Delivery
AiRe Wellness Gift Cards are available for purchase online through authorised AiRe Wellness sales channels only.
Gift Cards are issued electronically and delivered by email to the recipient.
6. Transfer to Another Person
A Gift Card may be given or transferred to another person for their personal use.
The original purchaser does not need to be present when the Gift Card is redeemed.
The person redeeming the Gift Card must be physically present at AiRe Wellness at the time of redemption.
Gift Cards must not be resold for commercial purposes or sold for more than their original purchase value without prior written approval from AiRe Wellness.
7. Verification and Identification
AiRe Wellness reserves the right to verify the validity of a Gift Card before accepting it for redemption.
The person redeeming the Gift Card may be required to provide reasonable identification or other information for verification.
AiRe Wellness reserves the right to refuse redemption where a Gift Card appears to have been altered, duplicated, previously redeemed, fraudulently obtained or otherwise compromised.
8. Bookings and Availability
Gift Card redemption is subject to appointment availability.
Where a booking is required, the Gift Card holder is responsible for making the booking before the Gift Card expiry date.
Failure to use the Gift Card before expiry, including failure to make a booking or failure to attend an appointment, does not extend the expiry date.
A Gift Card does not guarantee availability of a particular date, time, service, Recovery Coach, facility or modality.

AiRe Resilience Club provides resilience, wellness, recovery, lifestyle, longevity, performance optimization, and preventive health services.
AiRe does not guarantee any specific medical, health, fitness, recovery, performance, longevity, weight loss, sleep, resilience, or wellness outcome.
Any information provided by AiRe, its practitioners, consultants, staff, or representatives is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of results.
Participation in any service, treatment, consultation, assessment, recovery protocol, wellness activity, resilience activity, or program is voluntary and undertaken at the client's own risk.
Individual results vary and may be influenced by factors beyond AiRe's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiRe shall not be liable for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, loss, damage, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of results arising from participation in its services except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
